CEO & Founder
A serial entrepreneur, Matt brings 20+ years of SaaS, software, telecom, and contact center experience to Neostella. Other career highlights include serving as Founder and CEO of a Cloud Contact Center solution that was acquired by Shoretel/Mitel and a Salesforce implementation practice which was acquired by a fortune 1000. In his spare time, Matt enjoys downhill skiing and water skiing.
Rodney brings 30+ years of experience in financial and administrative leadership to Neostella, including positions at large, publicly-owned companies as well as start-ups. His industry experience includes software sales, professional services, and financial services. Rodney likes to spend his spare time landscaping, gardening, enjoying good food (both home cooked and at fine restaurants), and traveling.
VP, GLOBAL PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
Tessa is an accomplished operations leader with over 15 years of experience and a passion for building strong customer relationships. Tessa comes from a family of entrepreneurs and has helped grow several start-up businesses including one acquired by a Fortune 500 company. In her free time, she enjoys exploring new wineries, attending concerts, and spending time with family.
VP, Technology Operations
Scott has 20+ years leading technology operations and design. With a background focusing on information security, networking, and cloud infrastructure, he’s helped build and maintain multiple cutting-edge global systems and the teams to support them over the course of his career. In his spare time, you’ll find Scott making things both in the kitchen and on his workbench, traveling, gaming, petting cats, or practicing whatever new hobbies he’s picked up that week.
EVP – Work-Relay
Kramer Reeves has enjoyed 25+ years in the enterprise software industry, leading Independent Software Vendors as CEO and CMO. As the Work-Relay business unit leader for Neostella, he provides Enterprise Work Automation solutions for clients across several industries. Kramer has a BS in Engineering from Virginia Military Institute and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is a contributing author to several industry books and white papers.
VP, Product – Work-Relay
A Salesforce Certified Application Architect and Work-Relay Architect with 20+ years of experience in IT and a Master’s Degree in applied physics and computer science, Dmytro has extensive experience implementing and designing Salesforce platform-based applications and products. Dmytro was instrumental in the founding of Work-Relay—he even relocated his family from Ukraine to the United States to fully dedicate himself to the product and its clients.
VP, Corporate Marketing
Lisa brings expertise in content creation and marketing strategy, having led the marketing efforts for a personal services and retail company for more than 10 years. A Milwaukee native and graduate of Marquette University, Lisa is a sports fanatic and enjoys spending her spare time with her family, either watching or attending as many games as possible.
Paola Marin Candamil
Operations Manager – Colombia
Paola has an entrepreneurial spirit and has established subsidiaries in Colombia for foreign companies, including one organization listed on the NYSE, before joining Neostella to lead and scale growth and global business operations in Colombia. As an experienced operations manager with a Master’s degree in marketing, Paola believes teams are the most innovative and productive when they are happy, which is why she strives to create and nurture a positive culture in the workplace. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and golfing.
Director, Global Partnerships
With 10+ years of professional experience under his belt, Jerad’s career spans across administrative, customer service, and sales roles with specialties in the financial and SaaS industries. Backed by a customer-first mentality, Jerad is passionate about helping clients meet their short and long-term business objectives, driving organizational efficiencies, and elevating the overall customer experience. A graduate of University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, he enjoys spending time outdoors, volunteering for environmental sustainability, and above all, spending time with his family.
Director, Commercial Sales
Samm started his career in software development, taking on team lead roles early on and eventually leading technical consulting teams for global fortune 500 companies before joining Neostella in 2021 as our very first sales engineer. Having spent time across all Neostella product lines Samm quickly rose through the ranks–now sharing his extensive, broad-based knowledge of the software industry with our growing sales team. A Milwaukee-native and a Marquette University graduate, in his free time you’ll find Samm cheering on the Packers or traveling the world.
Practice Lead, Filevine Solutions
Having spent the last 20+ years of his career working in different geographies and disciplines, Scott brings a unique perspective to relationship management, engagement, and innovative alliances that lead to delivering customer business objectives. An outdoor enthusiast, Scott is often spotted either boating on or cycling around the Great Lakes.
Director, BPM & iPaaS
Erik has over 15 years of experience in implementing, automating, and integrating SaaS solutions, primarily in the Salesforce ecosystem. Most recently, he co-founded a Salesforce practice which was acquired by a Fortune 1000 company, then served as High Tech Industry Practice Lead for the world’s largest dedicated Salesforce implementation partner. In his spare time, you’ll either find Erik playing board games with his daughter or assisting Milwaukee-area food pantries in adopting Salesforce to streamline their operations.
Director, Customer Success – Work-Relay
Ted is an experienced Project Manager, Business Analyst and Solution Architect with over 30 years experience in multimedia and web-based applications. For the last 13 years, he has focused exclusively on Salesforce and, as leader of the Customer Success team for Work-Relay, on process-based solutions and support for our clients. Ted was also an Adjunct Professor at University of Miami School of Architecture teaching digital media, 3D modeling and animation for 15 years.
