The Neodeluxe Client Portal experience has been enhanced with:

• Two-way messaging via in-app live chat or SMS.
• Custom color themes for full brand alignment.

These updates support stronger communication while giving legal teams full control over how their client experience looks and feels.

Fact Link is officially live, offering a new way to structure, summarize, and collaborate on documents during review.

This flexible review tool helps litigation teams organize key information—like timelines, conditions, events, or stakeholders—directly within the documents they’re working from. Whether reviewing medical records, deposition transcripts, or insurance files, users can link facts across multiple sources, assign tags, and build a central, searchable chronology.

Fact Link is designed to make complex document sets more actionable, helping teams move from reading to insight faster.

Tasks assigned through Advanced Task Management queues can now include custom project variables directly in their descriptions. For example: “Schedule IME for [Client Name] on [Claim Date]” updates automatically based on project data, giving assignees instant context.

Data Governance AI rules now extend to contact cards and collection sections in Filevine, enhancing control over data entry points.
